Form
Head position: straight ahead;
Shoulders and back: straight and perpendicular to floor;
Arms: extended in front at a 45 degree angle;
Hands: forming fists;
Legs: spread at shoulder length;
Feet: firmly planted, toes facing straight forward parallel to each other
